  4. Nearly every release incorporates miscellaneous small refinements too
  5. numerous to detail.  Some changes from Version 3.03 include:

  7.  * By user request, typing of extended ASCII characters has been enabled. 
  8.    This is of benefit mainly to non-American users with keyboards that allow
  9.    direct typing of such characters.  Previously only characters with values
  10.    between 32 and 126, inclusive, could be typed at the keyboard.  Other
  11.    characters had to be entered by typing in the appropriate hex values.
